Number 11
So... where to begin. after a short stay back home to meet my teachers etc, i am back in colorado. however things werent as simple as that..
our departure time from LA to denver was dangerously close to the arrival time from sydney to LA, and this ended in disaster. we got straight off our plane and went as quickly as we could to the gate but still managed to miss the flight... just. so we tried to get on the next flight... and failed. this happened another 4 times. we finally managed to lock in a flight at 8 30... after about 7 hours of nothingness at LAX. but we are here now, just in time for the copper series at Winter Park. i had slopestyle, but as the day progessed the conditions went the same way as my riding.. straight down. i unfortunately didnt land a run, but im not too pissed.
although its been pretty stressful and the comp was a bit disappointing, it definitely feels good to be back. i cant wait to start regular training at breck.
an edit from the flight over.
